The officer initiated a welfare check, spoke with 3 staff members and a director who informed him the patient was fine and the incident was recorded as cancelled.
Rehab patient contacted police twice asking for assistance and complaining that he wanted to leave the facility but they were refusing to give him back his wallet and phone.
